Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We don't ship internationally yet — if you're outside the US, email support@hushchews.com and we'll let you know when that changes.

Where orders ship from

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner facility in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally run late, and we appreciate your patience during busy periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your ship date, email support@hushchews.com with your order number and we'll investigate — replacement or full refund if it's lost, your choice.

Wrong or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to support@hushchews.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
