Shipping Policy

Where we ship

The Hush Arm Scratcher ships to the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping is free and includes tracking. Import taxes or fees, where your country charges them, are paid by the customer on delivery; Canadian orders may be charged sales tax.

Processing and delivery

Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas. It leaves within 1 to 3 days, then usually takes 4 to 9 days on the way, so most orders arrive 5 to 12 days after you order. About 1 order in 12 takes longer than 12 days. Australia is slower: about half of Australian orders arrive 5 to 11 days after you order, and the rest take longer. All of these are calendar days, and they are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier delays can add time.

Tracking

You will receive tracking when your order ships. If tracking has not updated in 5 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email support@hushchews.com with your order number. We will investigate and replace a lost order or refund it, according to your preference.

Wrong or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to support@hushchews.com within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
