How refunds work

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of our confirmation email. The refund covers the product price you paid. One refund per product per customer; bundles (The Hush System) are refunded as a whole.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to fix a shipping address or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the 60-day guarantee above.
